Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 tbsp. l chopped chipotle peppers (smoked jalapeno peppers) in adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp. l rapeseed oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, chop
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- 1/3 Art. molasses
- 1/3 Art. brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. l vinegar 5%
- 1 tbsp. l Worcestershire sauce
- Salt

Recipe preparation:
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and fry for 5 minutes., stirring, trying not to burn vegetables. Reduce heat to a minimum.
