Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1/4 tsp salt, plus a large pinch of garlic
- 3 tbsp. cola
- 1.5 tbsp. ketchup
- 1/4 Art. cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. l with a slide of chili powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper, plus taste
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce, plus more to taste
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1.5 tbsp. l lime juice

Recipe preparation:
- Grind the cloves of garlic, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and grind mix the flat side of the knife into the paste. In a small saucepan, mix garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt, cola, ketchup, vinegar, sauce Worcestershire, chili powder, 1 tsp. black pepper, 1/2 tsp acute sauce and allspice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thick about 45 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, mix with lime juice and season black pepper and spicy sauce to taste. Exit: 2 tbsp.
