Banana Coconut Smoothie

Start your day with a wholesome, hearty and delicious smoothie from frozen banana and sugarless coconut flakes, crushed in blender. Just one date will fill the drink with natural sweetness and essential minerals for health, and also give it warm caramel aftertaste. For a multifaceted aroma, add a whisper of cinnamon and nutmeg on the tip of a knife, and coconut water will dilute the ingredients so that the smoothie is comfortable to drink through a tube.

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 Art. coconut flakes
  • 1 pitted date
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon + extra to sprinkle
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 Art. coconut water

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix banana, coconut flakes, dates, cinnamon in a blender, nutmeg and coconut water and chop until smooth consistency by adding more fluid if necessary. Overfill in a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
