  • 1 onion, cut into four parts
  • Olive oil
  • 1 small bunch of fresh cilantro, only leaves
  • Lime zest and juice 1.5

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the physalis on a baking sheet, garlic, jalapenos, sweet peppers, blanched and onions and season with salt and pepper. Pour olive oil and mix. Bake until vegetables are tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Give cool for a few minutes.
  2. Remove the seeds from the pepper. Put all the baked vegetables and cilantro in food processor or blender. Grind until puree with in small pieces. Dilute the sauce with water if it is too thick. Mix with zest and lime juice. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Use the sauce immediately or freeze, stick labels and store in the freezer. Out: 2.5 l.
