  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Heat over high heat in a pan. olive oil. Add 1/4 cup shallots and fry, stirring until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Take off pan from the stove and add green beans, fried mushrooms, 1/3 cups of parmesan, parsley, nutmeg, 3/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
  5. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Put vegetables in prepared form and sprinkle with fried onions and the remaining cheese. Put in the oven and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
