- 1 medium shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. l flour
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tbsp. nonfat milk (0.5% fat)
- 1/3 nonfat sour cream
- 2/3 Art. grated mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 Art. grated swiss cheese
- 3 tbsp. l grated parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 Art. chopped parsley, basil or chives
- Salt

Recipe preparation:
- Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Add paste Fusilli and cook, as much as indicated on the package. Cast 3/4 Art. broth for sauce, drain the rest of the liquid.
- Melt butter in another saucepan with moderate high temperature. Add shallots and fry, stirring, until the onion does not soften a little, about 2 minutes. Add flour mustard powder and continue cooking, stirring, for another 1 min. Pour in, constantly stirring the milk, the remaining broth and cook, stirring until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium temperature. Stir in the sauce sour cream, mozzarella, Swiss cheese and 1 tbsp. l Parmesan Continue cooking, stirring until the cheese melts, about 1 min Add the paste, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp ground black pepper. Transfer pasta with sauce into a mold for baking.
