  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
  • 1 medium shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. l flour
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. nonfat milk (0.5% fat)
  • 1/3 nonfat sour cream
  • 2/3 Art. grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 Art. grated swiss cheese
  • 3 tbsp. l grated parmesan cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 Art. chopped parsley, basil or chives
  • Salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Add paste Fusilli and cook, as much as indicated on the package. Cast 3/4 Art. broth for sauce, drain the rest of the liquid.
  2. Melt butter in another saucepan with moderate high temperature. Add shallots and fry, stirring, until the onion does not soften a little, about 2 minutes. Add flour mustard powder and continue cooking, stirring, for another 1 min. Pour in, constantly stirring the milk, the remaining broth and cook, stirring until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to medium temperature. Stir in the sauce sour cream, mozzarella, Swiss cheese and 1 tbsp. l Parmesan Continue cooking, stirring until the cheese melts, about 1 min Add the paste, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp ground black pepper. Transfer pasta with sauce into a mold for baking.
