Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 200 gr. cappellini pasta
- 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
- 250 gr Italian sausages for frying or minced pork, remove shell
- 1/2 tbsp. sliced mozzarella cheese
- 250 gr fresh champignons, cut into slices
- 1/2 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chop finely
- 2 cloves of garlic, chop finely
- 2 sweet peppers, cut into cubes
- 1/2 tsp salt with spices
- 800 gr. mashed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil leaves
- 2 tsp olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Add capellini and cook as much as indicated on the packaging. Drain water.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onion and fry, stirring, until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring, 2 min. Add sausage and fry, kneading minced meat with a wooden spatula, 5 min. Add bell pepper, champignons, salt with spices, Italian seasoning and cook, stirring for about 4 minutes
- Add mashed tomatoes, 3/4 tbsp. water and basil, bring to boil and simmer over low heat until thick, about 15 min Add the cappellini paste and mix with the sauce.
- Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Grease baking dish vegetable oil. Put half pasta in a uniform layer and sprinkle with half the cheese, then add the second half of pasta and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Put in the oven and bake until golden color, 20 – 25 min.
