Non-alcoholic cocktail “Arnold Palmer” named after golfer, half made of lemonade, half cold tea. In this sophisticated and not too sweet version of your beloved summer chef’s drink using tea, toasted lemonade lemonade grilled and some bourbon. 18 + Excessive alcohol consumption harms your health! Time: 40min Difficulty: easy Portions: 4 The recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

- 6 large lemons, cut across in half
- 4 bags of black tea
- 1.25 Art. honey
- 60 – 110 ml. bourbon

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill or large grill pan to high temperature.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, boil 1.5 Art. water. Turn off the heat, add tea bags and insist 5 min Remove the bags, pour the hot tea into a measuring cup and cool for 10 minutes. at room temperature, periodically stirring. Put tea in the refrigerator while making lemons.
- Cut one of the halves of lemons into 4 thin mugs. Place the remaining halves with the pulp down on the grill pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until the flesh is charred, if necessary moving lemons for even cooking. Thin slices place on the grill and cook until they blacken on both parties, only about 3 minutes Transfer the lemon halves to a plate and cool for at least 10 minutes. Leave the mugs for decoration.
- Squeeze the juice from the cooled halves of the lemons in a medium bowl or measuring cup (get about 1 tbsp of juice). Stir in honey and 1 tbsp. cold water.
- To serve, fill 4 tall glasses with ice. Divide evenly between them lemonade. Mix in each glass 15-30 ml. bourbon. Pour 1/4 of iced tea slowly – it should stay on top over lemonade so that the cocktail is two-layer. Decorate each a glass of lemon slice and serve immediately.
