- Wash and dry apricots. Cut into halves and extract bones. Put a layer of apricots on the bottom of the pan part up. Add a layer of sugar, then lay out the layer again apricot half and sugar again. Spread all the fruits. Leave alone to give the apricots juice. Can be removed overnight in cool place.
- Bring to a boil over low heat. Remove from heat as soon as boils. Cool to room temperature. Then again bring to boil, so repeat two more times.
- We pour hot jam into sterilized jars and roll up.
