If you are thinking about preparations for the winter, then do not pass by of this recipe, and make delicious apricot jam at home! Such jam can be served not only for tea, but also for pancakes, dumplings, make it stuffing for a pie and much another. The jam is very bright and sunny.

  1. Wash and dry apricots. Cut into halves and extract bones. Put a layer of apricots on the bottom of the pan part up. Add a layer of sugar, then lay out the layer again apricot half and sugar again. Spread all the fruits. Leave alone to give the apricots juice. Can be removed overnight in cool place. Apricot Jam
  2. Bring to a boil over low heat. Remove from heat as soon as boils. Cool to room temperature. Then again bring to boil, so repeat two more times. Apricot Jam
  3. We pour hot jam into sterilized jars and roll up.
