Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 tbsp. apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 pcs. whole cloves
  • A pinch of salt
  • Juice and zest of one orange
  • 3/4 Art. apple brandy or bourbon
  • Sliced orange

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour apple and orange juice into the pan, add a cinnamon stick, cloves, a pinch of salt and orange zest. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove the pan from the stove and leave insist for 10 – 15 minutes. At the end of time, strain mix in a jug and add apple brandy. Put the punch in cold place for 2 hours or at night. Before serving, add ice punch and sliced oranges.
