- 4 tbsp. apple juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 pcs. whole cloves
- A pinch of salt
- Juice and zest of one orange
- 3/4 Art. apple brandy or bourbon
- Sliced orange

Recipe preparation:
- Pour apple and orange juice into the pan, add a cinnamon stick, cloves, a pinch of salt and orange zest.
