  1. We sterilize banks and tin lids.
  2. Rinse and cut the apples into slices (peel and seeds left).
  3. We sort and wash the chokeberry.
  4. Pour 1 liter of water into a large pot, put it on the fire. AT boiling water we fall asleep apples and aronia. Cover with a lid and boil until the apples soften, stirring regularly. Time it will take 15-20 minutes.

  9. Pour the finished jam into the jars, close the lids.
