Measured containers are used in recipes. volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. non-alcoholic apple cider (apple juice with pulp)
- 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 Art. whole grain mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe preparation:
- Pour apple juice into a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook when moderately high temperature until reduced in up to 1/2 tbsp., 8 – 10 min. Turn off the stove and add maple syrup, mustard, allspice and nutmeg.
