This homemade chili powder will add smoked flavor to a chili dish, and also this seasoning can be used for pickling beef.
Time: 10 мин. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 anchovy chili peppers (dried peppers blanched with smoked aroma), remove the seeds and tear into pieces
- 2 tbsp. l chili powder
- 2 tbsp. l ground coriander
- 1 tbsp. l ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. l sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp. l dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. l garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Sahara

Recipe preparation:
- In a dry frying pan, fry the chili peppers over low heat until the appearance of aroma by shaking the pan so that they do not burnt out.
- Place the chillies in a food processor and grind to a powder. Add the remaining ingredients and grind again so that everything evenly mixed. Exit: 1 tbsp.
