An invigorating protein smoothie with kiwi and ginger

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3/4 Art. canned coconut milk with reduced fat content
  • 2 ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 2.5 cm. Ginger root, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 Art. fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 Art. raw peeled hemp seeds e.g. Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tbsp. l agave nectar

Recipe:
