Recipe preparation:

  1. Melt the margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cool a little, but so that it still remains liquid.

  5. Roll cold dough on a floured surface 1.5 cm thick. Using a special shape, cut the dough into donuts. Lay the donuts and their cores on a baking sheet parchment.
  6. Fill a tall pan with a heavy bottom with a third. Heat over medium heat until the thermometer reads 190 ° C. Cover the baking sheet with paper towels.
