Almond milk berry smoothie

This recipe for a healthy, light fruit drink uses sugar-free almond milk combined with fresh fruits and berries. Vitamin-rich cool smoothie can cook in a blender in just a couple of minutes. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 medium-sized banana, peeled and large chopped
  • 1/4 Art. frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 Art. frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 Art. chopped fresh mango
  • 2 tbsp. chilled unsweetened almond milk flavored vanilla

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a blender, put slices of banana, blueberries, strawberries and mangoes, pour almond milk. Mix for about 30 seconds. before combining the ingredients. Serve in chilled glasses with a straw.
