Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 – 8 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 liter ginger ale
- 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 bunch of mint, plus sprigs for decoration
- 3 tea bags
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp. bourbon

Recipe preparation:
- Pour ginger ale into the baking dish. Freeze for nights.
- In a stewpan mix 4 tbsp. water, sugar and mint and bring to boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add teaspoons sachets and let cool completely, from 30 minutes to 1 hour; take away tea bags.
- Strain the sweet tea in a jug and add bourbon. Keep in chill until you’re ready to serve. Scrape ice from ginger ale and put in a glass. Pour the cocktail and garnish with sprigs peppermint. Recipe for iced tea with whiskey and sage.
