Recipe preparation:
- Lightly crush frozen acai berries, striking sealed packages on the table or with a kitchen hammer. Chop berries in a blender with 1/2 banana, 1/4 tbsp. blueberries and honey until consistency thick smoothie – stop the blender if necessary to mix and mash the mixture. Transfer to a deep bowl.
- Slice the remaining 1/2 banana into slices. In even rows or heap the bananas on the smoothie, the remaining 1/4 tbsp. blueberries granola, pomegranate seeds and coconut flakes.
