- Stuffing (from meat of any taste) mix with a loaf, previously soaked in milk and wrung out, slightly salt and pepper, good knead.
- Wash the zucchini and cut them into circles with a thickness of about two cm (remove the hard peel) and cut out in each circle the core.
- For sauce in a bowl, mix the tomato sauce and sour cream.
- In ceramic baking dish with approximate dimensions 20 × 30cm pour sour cream sauce and lay prepared circles of zucchini.
- In each zucchini put balls formed from minced meat. Put the mold in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- When serving, pour the finished dish with sauce, which stewed zucchini and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
