  1. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy.
  2. Add sugar (100g). Continue whipping until peak.
  3. Add poppy. Beat until smooth.
  4. Sift the flour and mix gently with protein.
  5. Put the mass in a mold, smooth and bake in the oven 15-20 minutes at 180 °. Get out and cool.
  6. Beat the yolks with a pinch of salt and sugar (100g) until smooth light mass.
  7. Add starch. Mix until smooth.
  8. Add milk. Mix.
  9. Heat the mass on the stove until thickened. Do not boil. Constantly stir as soon as the first bubbles appear on the surface, remove from heat. Continue stirring vigorously.
  10. Transfer the resulting thick cream into a bowl and beat with a soft oil. Cool.
  11. Put the cream evenly on the cake.
  12. Put a layer of cookies soaked in coffee on top.
  13. Break the chocolate into pieces and pour the cream. Melt in microwave or in a water bath until smooth.
  14. Pour melted chocolate on top of cookies and flatten out.
  15. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
