Zucchini stuffed with meat, mushrooms and rice

The idea for dinner is delicious stuffed zucchini. Zucchini can replace with zucchini, dried porcini mushrooms – frozen or fresh. Such a dish can be prepared at home as a snack on festive table.

  1. Dried porcini mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for half an hour.
  2. From each zucchini stick, chopped about three in height cm, with a teaspoon, remove the pulp (chop), without damaging the bottom.
  3. Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil chopped onion with minced meat (from any meat).
  4. Then add the soaked and finely chopped mushrooms.
  5. Next add chopped zucchini, slightly pepper and salt, simmer together for twenty minutes, stirring.
  6. Next lay out pre-cooked round-grain rice, mix, remove bending.
  7. Stuff zucchini with chilled mushroom filling.
  8. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese and rearrange to form baking.
  9. Remove the form in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees. Serve the finished dish, decorating with greens.
