The idea for dinner is delicious stuffed zucchini. Zucchini can replace with zucchini, dried porcini mushrooms – frozen or fresh. Such a dish can be prepared at home as a snack on festive table.

- Dried porcini mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for half an hour.
- From each zucchini stick, chopped about three in height cm, with a teaspoon, remove the pulp (chop), without damaging the bottom.
- Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil chopped onion with minced meat (from any meat).
- Then add the soaked and finely chopped mushrooms.
- Next add chopped zucchini, slightly pepper and salt, simmer together for twenty minutes, stirring.
- Next lay out pre-cooked round-grain rice, mix, remove bending.
- Stuff zucchini with chilled mushroom filling.
- Sprinkle with grated hard cheese and rearrange to form baking.
- Remove the form in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees. Serve the finished dish, decorating with greens.
