  1. Grate zucchini, salt and squeeze.
  2. Grate the cheese and add to the zucchini. Pour in the eggs and sprinkle with spices. Mix.

  5. Making the filling. Chop and fry the onion. Grate carrots on grater, add to the onion. Wash the mushrooms, cut and add on roasting.
  6. When vegetables are cooked, add grated cheese and mix.
  7. Get the squash cake, apply the filling on it.
  8. Roll up the roll and transfer it to foil, wrap and send into the oven for another 15 minutes.
  9. Allow the roll to cool and then chop.
