  1. Fry chicken with a small amount of butter in a pan minced meat, chopped onions, grated carrots, add a little water and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
  2. Add tomato paste and fry for 3 minutes, constantly stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Zucchini cut into thin layers.
  4. Put half squash layers in a refractory dish with flat bottom.
  5. Put half the fried minced meat on the zucchini.
  6. Beat the egg with yogurt and salt in a bowl with a whisk.
  7. Pour half the egg-yogurt mixture into the minced meat. Farther repeat all layers.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese, put in preheated to 200 degrees oven until cooked.
  9. Once the zucchini has become soft and the cheese has turned brown, you can take out of the oven.
  10. Lasagna is ready, serve hot.
