  1. Prepare the meat filling, fry the chopped onions on preheated pan with butter, add minced meat to it, fry together, stirring for five minutes.
  2. Then add tomato paste or ketchup, salt, pepper, fry further, stirring, another seven minutes.
  3. Wash the zucchini, remove the hard peel and cut into circles about five mm thick.
  4. Putting the casserole in a baking dish: put a third zucchini in even rows, slightly salted.
  5. Top with half the fried meat filling.
  6. Close 1/3 zucchini. Also slightly salted.
  7. Put the rest of the stuffing.
  8. And the remaining zucchini.
  9. We will cover the form with a lush coat of grated hard cheese and remove in oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
  10. Cut the finished casserole slightly cooled so that it does not collapsed.
