  1. Beat the eggs to a white foam. Add flour, soda, sour cream, melted butter, and mix everything with a mixer.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, in the first – add cocoa, in the second part is flour. Mix thoroughly until the lumps are removed. The consistency of the dough should resemble not very thick sour cream.
  3. Lubricate the shape with butter, it is better to take a round one (approximately 30 cm). Alternately pour different dough into the mold (in the dining room spoon). No need to mix.
  4. Bake a cake at a temperature of 200 degrees in pre preheated oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal! ?
