  1. For the filling, first boil 200 g of chicken fillet.

  4. For the test, slightly heat up 250 ml of kefir.
  5. Add half a teaspoon of salt and soda, a teaspoon of sugar, mix and leave for 5 minutes.
  6. Break 2 eggs into kefir, add a little sifted flour, the consistency should be like a thick sour cream, so be careful with flour.
  7. After flour, we intervene 2 tbsp. vegetable oil dough done.
  8. Baking dish. with a diameter of 24 cm. grease the sides with butter.
  9. Pour half the dough into a mold, spread the whole filling and fill with the remaining dough.
  10. We bake a cake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, check the readiness wooden stick.
  11. Grease the finished cake with butter.
