I offer a recipe for a very beautiful and delicious yeast cake test. For the filling, you can take any jam. The main thing here is appearance. Such a cake will be a real decoration of the festive the table!

When you want to cook this pie at home, do not forget to lay time for proofing the dough (one and a half hours).

  1. Make a dough: dilute the yeast in 50-70 ml of warm milk, half tablespoon of sugar, 1-2 tbsp. flour. Put on 15 minutes in a warm place until the cap is formed.
  2. Take a glass of milk, sugar, 1 tsp. salt, creamy and vegetable oil. Stir, pour in the dough, add flour with baking powder, vanillin. Knead the dough so that it is soft and a little sticky to the hands. Put in a warm place about 1-1.5 hours for the dough to increase markedly in volume.

  3. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put in it dough (a little more than half) and stretch along the sides. To lay out stuffing.
  4. Roll out strips from the remaining dough and weave at the pie lid (crosswise, like a basket).
  5. Roll out another strip 6-7 cm long. Make incisions on it along the entire length after 7-10 mm, roll up and straighten in the form flower. Attach it to the top of the cake with a match or wooden a toothpick. Make leaves (cut the dough obliquely), stick them next to the flower.
  6. Let the pie stand for 15 minutes. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at temperature of 180 C.
