- Make a dough: dilute the yeast in 50-70 ml of warm milk, half tablespoon of sugar, 1-2 tbsp. flour. Put on 15 minutes in a warm place until the cap is formed.
- Take a glass of milk, sugar, 1 tsp. salt, creamy and vegetable oil. Stir, pour in the dough, add flour with baking powder, vanillin. Knead the dough so that it is soft and a little sticky to the hands. Put in a warm place about 1-1.5 hours for the dough to increase markedly in volume.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put in it dough (a little more than half) and stretch along the sides. To lay out stuffing.
- Roll out strips from the remaining dough and weave at the pie lid (crosswise, like a basket).
- Roll out another strip 6-7 cm long. Make incisions on it along the entire length after 7-10 mm, roll up and straighten in the form flower. Attach it to the top of the cake with a match or wooden a toothpick. Make leaves (cut the dough obliquely), stick them next to the flower.
- Let the pie stand for 15 minutes. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at temperature of 180 C.
