- 1/2 tsp plus 1 tsp coarse salt
- Grill Oil
- 1/2 tbsp. (110 gr.) Melted butter
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh garlic

Recipe preparation:
- In a food processor, mix yogurt, whole grain flour, wheat flour, baking powder, 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley and 1/2 h. l salt. Beat until smooth. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to a moderate heat. Divide dough into 6 equal parts. On a floured surface with hands or with a rolling pin, form a large oval from each piece of dough, approximately 15 cm in length. Oil the grill grate.
- Grill the cakes in batches until they swell and charred at the edges, for 2-3 minutes. from each side. (Or cook them in a pizza oven or on a stone for pizza for 4-5 minutes.) Put the cakes on a plate and cover the rest while cooking. with a warm towel. Mix the butter with the garlic left over a tablespoon of chopped parsley and a teaspoon of salt. Grease cakes with oil mixture.
