- For simple bread, I don’t make dough, so right away dissolve dry yeast, salt and sugar in water.
- Add vegetable oil and flax seeds, mix.
- Pour in flour and knead the dough.
- Leave the dough to rise for 1.5 hours.
- Take out the dough, knead it well and form a loaf of bread. Put it in shape immediately. And leave to climb another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven 190º for about 40 minutes.
