I continue to experiment with bread. And today I am sharing with you a recipe for making homemade whole grain flour bread with seeds flax. Super-healthy and delicious loaf of bread.

  1. For simple bread, I don’t make dough, so right away dissolve dry yeast, salt and sugar in water.
  2. Add vegetable oil and flax seeds, mix.
  3. Pour in flour and knead the dough.
  4. Leave the dough to rise for 1.5 hours.
  5. Take out the dough, knead it well and form a loaf of bread. Put it in shape immediately. And leave to climb another 30 minutes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven 190º for about 40 minutes.
