- Flour, a pinch of salt, put pieces of butter in a bowl blender and chop.
- Pour milk and 3 tablespoons of ice water. Knead tender dough.
- Wrap the dough in cling film. Put in the refrigerator on 50-60 minutes.
- Squeeze juice out of lemon.
- Wash strawberries, remove leaves, cut into beautiful pieces. Fold in a small bowl. Sprinkle with cane sugar and pour over lemon. Mix gently and let stand for 40-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet parchment and oil.
- From the dough, roll out a round layer with a diameter of about 30 cm and put on a greased baking sheet.
- Drain the juice from the strawberries. Put the pieces of berries in the center of the dough, leaving the edges free.
- Wrap the free edges of the dough up and pinch. The edges of the dough grease with vegetable oil or yolk to form a beautiful crusts.
