  1. Flour, a pinch of salt, put pieces of butter in a bowl blender and chop.
  2. Pour milk and 3 tablespoons of ice water. Knead tender dough.
  3. Wrap the dough in cling film. Put in the refrigerator on 50-60 minutes.
  4. Squeeze juice out of lemon.
  5. Wash strawberries, remove leaves, cut into beautiful pieces. Fold in a small bowl. Sprinkle with cane sugar and pour over lemon. Mix gently and let stand for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet parchment and oil.
  7. From the dough, roll out a round layer with a diameter of about 30 cm and put on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Drain the juice from the strawberries. Put the pieces of berries in the center of the dough, leaving the edges free.
  9. Wrap the free edges of the dough up and pinch. The edges of the dough grease with vegetable oil or yolk to form a beautiful crusts.
  10. Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes
