Very easy to cook at home delicious open cake. AT As the filling, we will use zucchini and cherry tomatoes. For tenderness we take soft cheese Ricotta. Great to do it on breakfast, dinner or afternoon tea.

  1. Pour wheat and whole grain flour into a large bowl. Add baking powder and ½ teaspoon of salt. Mix.
  2. Pour olive oil and 160 ml of hot water. Knead well dough.
  3. Cover the dough with foil and place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin circles.
  5. Put ricotta in a bowl. Drive in an egg. A little salt. Good mix.
  6. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
  7. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll out a circle with a rolling pin.
  8. Unfold to the center of the circle, leaving the edges empty by 4-5 cm Zucchini mugs. Put the cheese mass in an even layer on top and decorate tomatoes.
  9. Wrap the free edges of the dough up. Lubricate with oil.
  10. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Put a biscuit. Put bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes.
