  1. Wash and chop the mushrooms. Add to the preheated pan mushrooms with parsley, a clove of garlic and salt. Fry for 10 minutes and remove the garlic.
  2. We break the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper, beat everything. Then add cream with mushrooms.
  3. Boil the noodles to al dente, drain and add to the finished mixture. Mix well.
  4. Fill the noodle mixture with the molds. Put the pieces of cheese in inside each mold.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
