Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/4 Art. plus 4 tsp lightly fried almonds with cubes (portioned)
  • 2 large, peeled and coarsely chopped cucumbers (or 3 ordinary cucumbers)
  • 3 slices of white bread (cut off the crust)
  • 1/2 tbsp. warm water
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 6 stalks of green onions (only white parts), portioned
  • 1/4 Art. white wine vinegar plus some more to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice plus some more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt plus some more to taste
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. halved green grapes

Recipe preparation:

  1. Leave 1 cup chopped cucumbers for decoration. Soak bread in water until soft, for about 2 minutes. Into the kitchen bowl combine put soaked bread, leftover cucumber, garlic, 3 onion stalk, vinegar, lemon juice, 1/4 tbsp. almonds, salt, 3 tbsp. l olive oil and beat until cucumbers are completely chopped, and the liquid and almonds will become almost invisible, about 1-2 minutes Add more salt and vinegar if desired.
  2. To serve, place 1 cup gazpacho in a bowl. Lay out 1/4 tbsp. left chopped cucumber, a tablespoon of green onion, 2 Art. l grapes and a teaspoon of almonds in the center of a bowl of soup.
