  1. In this recipe I used a glass of 230 ml. volume. For the test: dissolve the salt in water. In sifted flour pour water with salt, vegetable oil. Knead the dough, knead 5-7 minutes, remove in the bag while preparing the filling.
  2. For the filling, fry the onions carrots and cabbage, add spices to taste, cool.
  3. Divide the dough into equal pieces, each as thin as possible roll out or stretch by hand, put the filling of 1.5 tbsp, l., wrap it up as in the video. Grease each pie with yolk.
  4. Bake at 200 C for 20 minutes.
