- 0.5 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat 2 tbsp. l olive mala in a large pan (30 see) over medium heat. Add minced meat, fry, stirring when using a wooden spoon, for 5-7 minutes, until the meat loses pink color and will not begin to acquire a brown tint.
