Watermelon Punch with Limoncello with Shot Glasses kiwi

  • 4 kiwi

  • Special equipment: hand blender; 4 pairs chinese sticks

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut a thin slice from one side of the watermelon so that it lay steady on a cutting board. Cut about 1/6 part with opposite top side. Rearrange the watermelon on the mold for baking or in a roasting pan (to collect juice). Gently push into pulp hand blender and beat at low speed.
