- 1 medium seedless watermelon (approximately 4.5 kg.)
- 2 tbsp. vodka
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 4 kiwi
- 1/4 Art. limoncello liquor
- Special equipment: hand blender; 4 pairs chinese sticks

Recipe preparation:
- Cut a thin slice from one side of the watermelon so that it lay steady on a cutting board. Cut about 1/6 part with opposite top side. Rearrange the watermelon on the mold for baking or in a roasting pan (to collect juice). Gently push into pulp hand blender and beat at low speed. Whipping pulp, be careful and keep the blender submerged all the time into juice to avoid splashing. Drain and strain the juice.
- Pour 8 tbsp. strained juice back to watermelon and the rest pour into the ice cube tray and freeze to serve. Mix vodka and lime juice in a watermelon. Cover it with plastic film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
