- Peel and cut the potatoes into slices, put in a mold and pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add a clove garlic and send to the oven to bake at 180 degrees on half an hour.
- We cut, clean and wash the fish. Boil until cooked in salted water with bay leaves and allspice. We take out the fish, cut it on a boneless filet.
- For dressing, mix the juice of 1 lemon, olive oil (2 tbsp.) and Provencal herbs, mix everything.
