- Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Eggplant and peppers, cut ponytails, extract seeds and partitions, cut into halves. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, you can also instead of baking grill.
- Fry pine nuts in a dry skillet.
