  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Eggplant and peppers, cut ponytails, extract seeds and partitions, cut into halves. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, you can also instead of baking grill.
  3. Fry pine nuts in a dry skillet.
  4. Peel the finished eggplant. Peppers and eggplant cut into small cubes.

  6. Mix basil, baked vegetables and tomatoes.

  8. Sprinkle salad with pine nuts and add cheese cubes.
