- In warm milk, add yeast, sugar, salt. Mix carefully.
- Beat the eggs, add half the flour, melted creamy oil, vegetable oil and mix.
- Add the rest of the sifted flour and knead soft dough. Leave the dough to approach 1.5 hours in a warm place.
- Divide the dough into two parts. Grease the board vegetable oil and form a circle of dough, cut into equal triangles.
- Sprinkle ground walnuts and sugar. Roll up and twist the edges a little.
- Lubricate all bagels with a beaten egg and leave for another 30 minutes.
- Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees by 30 minutes.
- We prepare syrup: add honey to hot water and mix. Immediately grease the finished buns with hot syrup.
