Peerless tasty bun dough to be use for every day? Ideal for both cooking home pies, and for pies. This time out of it I made such bagels.

  1. In warm milk, add yeast, sugar, salt. Mix carefully.
  2. Beat the eggs, add half the flour, melted creamy oil, vegetable oil and mix.
  3. Add the rest of the sifted flour and knead soft dough. Leave the dough to approach 1.5 hours in a warm place.
  4. Divide the dough into two parts. Grease the board vegetable oil and form a circle of dough, cut into equal triangles.
  5. Sprinkle ground walnuts and sugar. Roll up and twist the edges a little.
  6. Lubricate all bagels with a beaten egg and leave for another 30 minutes.
  7. Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees by 30 minutes.
  8. We prepare syrup: add honey to hot water and mix. Immediately grease the finished buns with hot syrup.
