  1. For the test: at room temperature we take milk, water, vegetable oil.
  2. Add salt and flour. Knead soft dough.
  3. For the filling: take the meat of duck and beef, cut.
  4. Shred onion and potatoes.
  5. Chop the pumpkin.
  6. Mix, salt and pepper everything.
  7. Roll out the dough into small circles, put the filling.
  8. Pinch the edges so that the top remains hole.
  9. Send to the oven for 40 ~ 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 °.
  10. You can serve hot broth or tea.
