A very simple version of traditional Italian lasagna. Cooking at home is quick and easy. It turns out, surprisingly, very even delicious. In order to make it, you can use sausages or boiled sausage. They go well with pasta. products and cheese.

  1. Sausages cut into circles and fry in vegetable oil on in the pan.
  2. Chop onions finely. Add to sausages. Fry. Pour in tomato sauce. Add salt, pepper and spices.
  3. Melt butter in a ladle. Gradually, constantly stirring, add flour. Pour gently warm milk, not forgetting stir. Salt, pepper. Add nutmeg to sauce the tip of the knife.
  4. Grate the cheese.
  5. Grease the baking dish with oil. Pour some sauce into the bottom and add 3 sheets of lasagna to the sauce. Sprinkle lightly with cheese. Put a layer of sausages. Repeat layers several times. Lasagna top sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Heat the oven well to 200 degrees. Bake lasagna 30-40 minutes until lasagna sheets are ready.
