  1. Gently separate the yolk from the protein.

  7. Melt the butter. Cool. Add the same amount of vegetable oil. Lubricate each layer of dough.

  9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  10. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Put twirls on it. Grease on top of the yolk.
  11. Bake 40-45 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle ready-made vertices with powdered sugar.
