If you like Greek salad, you can cook at home delicious vegetable salad with feta cheese. I recommend not to make a salad with ordinary fresh tomatoes, and dried.

- We will prepare the necessary ingredients in advance.
- Confit tomatoes are sold in large supermarkets, but they are also can be done at home. Cut the tomatoes in half, salt, pepper, add garlic, thyme sprigs and sprinkle olive oil. We send the tomatoes to bake in the oven, preheated to 100 degrees for 2 hours.
- While the tomatoes are baked, we will prepare a Russian pesto: in a blender add onion, parsley, cilantro, dill, sunflower oil and juice lemon, add salt to taste. We break through everything until homogeneous consistency. The sauce should be enough for several servings.
- Fry baguette in a toaster or grill.
- Cucumbers cut into slices, feta cheese into pieces. Connect the cucumbers feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Salad seasoned with pepper, salt, olive oil and Russian pesto to taste.
- Ready salad served with croutons from baguette.
