  1. Chop onion and garlic and fry in oil, along with dried tomatoes.
  2. Finely chop the pepper, eggplant and zucchini, attach to the onion, simmer for 10 minutes. Salt, add spices.
  3. Dip the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel and chop finely. Add to vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. We shift all the vegetables into the blender bowl and beat.
  5. Pour vegetable sauce in a baking sheet, put two sheets of lasagna, spread the spinach on top and vegetable dressing again. We repeat yet twice.
  6. There should be a lasagna leaf on top. Pour with the remaining sauce, cover with foil and send to bake for 45 minutes in the oven with 180 degrees.
  7. Remove the foil and cook another 10-15 minutes.
