- Chop onion and garlic and fry in oil, along with dried tomatoes.
- Finely chop the pepper, eggplant and zucchini, attach to the onion, simmer for 10 minutes. Salt, add spices.
- Dip the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel and chop finely. Add to vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
- We shift all the vegetables into the blender bowl and beat.
- Pour vegetable sauce in a baking sheet, put two sheets of lasagna, spread the spinach on top and vegetable dressing again. We repeat yet twice.
- There should be a lasagna leaf on top. Pour with the remaining sauce, cover with foil and send to bake for 45 minutes in the oven with 180 degrees.
- Remove the foil and cook another 10-15 minutes.
