  1. Preparation of vegetables. We clean bell pepper from seeds. Zucchini, tomatoes, pepper, cut into circles with a thickness of 0.5-0.8 cm. If zucchini already mature, then we preliminary remove the middle.
  2. We spread it in the form of a tile, alternating vegetables. Pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Grease vegetables on top with sour cream, sprinkle with herbs and cheese.
  4. Mix the egg with milk until smooth and pour this mixture of vegetables.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at temperature of 180 C.
