- Preparation of vegetables. We clean bell pepper from seeds. Zucchini, tomatoes, pepper, cut into circles with a thickness of 0.5-0.8 cm. If zucchini already mature, then we preliminary remove the middle.
- We spread it in the form of a tile, alternating vegetables. Pepper and salt to taste.
- Grease vegetables on top with sour cream, sprinkle with herbs and cheese.
- Mix the egg with milk until smooth and pour this mixture of vegetables.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at temperature of 180 C.
