Famous Italian lasagna can be cooked at home with any sauce to your taste. This recipe is right for you if you don’t eat animal foods or stick to fasting. For the filling, you can use absolutely any vegetables and greenery. Ready delicious lasagna can be sprinkled with nuts.

  1. Boil lasagna sheets in boiling water until half cooked.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrots and fry everything in olive oil.
  3. Zucchini and potatoes cut into small cubes, add to pan to the onion. Extinguish over medium heat for 5 minutes. Vegan Lasagna
  4. Finely chop the bell pepper and tomatoes. Add to pan and cook until cooked. Salt and pepper on to taste.
  5. Grease the baking dish with oil. Pour some sauce into the bottom and line the lasagna sheets. Put a layer of vegetable sauce. Some repeat layers of dough and vegetables. Top layer of lasagna pour sauce so that the dough does not burn.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lasagna 30 minutes.
