- Boil lasagna sheets in boiling water until half cooked.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrots and fry everything in olive oil.
- Zucchini and potatoes cut into small cubes, add to pan to the onion. Extinguish over medium heat for 5 minutes.
