  1. Wash and cut the veal into portions. Prunes no need to grind.

  2. Dice the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

  3. Grease the bottom of the portioned pots with vegetable oil. Share in them veal with vegetables and prunes, mix.

  4. Add salt and spices and pour sour cream. Sprinkle each a pot of chopped herbs.

  5. Bake under the lid for 45 minutes. The temperature should be 200 degrees.
