  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Wash the vegetables. Carrots and Parmesan grate. Slice potatoes.
  2. Put the potatoes on a greased baking sheet. layer, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, salt and pepper to taste, put a layer of carrots on top. Then sprinkle with cheese, repeat layers several times and put the pan in the oven for 25 30 minutes until readiness.
  3. Wash and dry the meat, cut it into two portions. AT frying pan, heated over high heat, pour oil, warm put the veal and fry for 2 minutes each side.
  4. Then reduce heat, add 50 ml of water and 80 ml teriyaki sauce and stew veal periodically turning in within 8-10 minutes.
