  2. Dilute semolina with warm milk and leave to swell 30 minutes.
  3. Break eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir everything until foam.
  4. Add softened (you can briefly hold in the microwave) butter. Stir.
  5. Add cottage cheese, starch and baking powder. Everything mix.
  6. Soak raisins in the bowl.
  7. Add the swollen semolina to the mixture, mix everything thoroughly. Drain the raisins and put them in the mixture. Again mix.
  8. Grease a baking sheet with margarine or butter, you can sprinkle breadcrumbs.
  9. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and distribute evenly. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  10. After the required time, remove the pan and cut squares. The casserole is ready. Have a nice appetite!
