  1. Finely chop nuts and dried fruits. Chop banana with forks.
  2. Mix nuts, dried fruits, buckwheat flakes, mashed potatoes in a bowl banana mix well. Add honey and mix.
  3. Put in a form (cover with baking paper) and bake 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
